Kiddy Girl-and’s Lack of Popularity Indicated by Sparsely Attended Live Event
On November 26, 2009, a live voice actor event was held for the current anime Kiddy Girl-and. However, attendance for the event is reported as well under 100 attendees and far below expectations. The event is said to have been an “awkward situation” where only around 10 people reserved for the DVDs and Blu-rays.
Kiddy Girl-and is the sequel to the 2002 anime Kiddy Grade and features two girls who work as muscle for a galactic trade organization.

Which of the events was this? They’ve done the Sendai and Koriyama ones thus far and neither was on the 26th (that was the date of the announcement - http://www.kiddygirl-and.com/info/091126.html ).
How many would be considered a good turnout anyway? (I once accidentally attended a Torchwood book signing and went back for a second set as I felt sorry for them)
Only 10 reservations is bad though, especially as that was the only way to get the signatures - although two of them are newbies and Shiraishi isn’t exactly top billing.
